Returns And Refunds

Please contact us at sales@zgren.com.au within 30 days of receiving your bike. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not refundable.

Please include your contact details, invoice number and date of purchase, along with the reason for your email and you will be contacted within 24 business hours to address your concerns. If you can include as much detail as possible regarding the issue and attach photos; this will help us to ascertain the best solution for you.

If the product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, or refund will be issued.

Change of mind returns can be accepted after inspection and quality checks.

Customer shall arrange for and pay return shipping expenses.

Sale items can be refunded/replaced when it is deemed necessary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How much does the bike weigh?

The Equalizer 1 weighs 20 kilograms. The Equalizer 2 weighs 25.5 kilograms.

Can the battery be changed?

The battery cannot be changed. The battery can only be recharged.

How tall do I need to be to use the bike?

The bikes are suitable for anyone who is over 4 feet 10 inches tall. The bike is suitable for all ages including kids 12+ years.

How long is charge time?

The battery takes 4-6 hours to be fully charged.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts for about 30-50 km based on the amount of pedal assist usage.

The more the pedal assist, the longer the battery lasts.

Is this road legal?

Yes, our eBikes are road legal.

How long does it take to ship?

We take 2-7 business days to ship your product based on your location.

What happens if I change my mind?

As long as your change of mind is not over 30 days after your purchase, you can return the product if it is in the same condition as when it was purchased.
